3. Payment Authorization: By utilizing our service, you explicitly authorize PayInternetCable.com to submit payment to your specified biller on your behalf. You confirm that you are the authorized account holder for the bill and that all payment information provided is accurate and current. 4. Liability Limitations & Dispute Resolution: PayInternetCable.com's liability is limited to the service fee charged for a failed transaction. We are not responsible for disputes arising directly with your service provider. Any service fee disputes must be initiated with PayInternetCable.com directly within 30 days of the transaction.
